Using the "Send Internal Notification Upon Check-In" Feature

This feature allows your on-site events team to be alerted when key Invitees or Guests are marked as Checked-In using Events Mobile.


To set-up:

  1. Go to “Invitees Manager”, select your search criteria and click ‘Search”.

  2. Click “Layout Preferences”.

  3. Move the “Send internal notification upon check-in” Layout Preference available headers to the selected headers section by dragging and dropping it.


  4. Use the check box to select the key Invitees and/or Guests that you want to be alerted about when they are checked in. The Event Email Address setup in the 'Event Details' will be the email address that gets notified.





  5. The event mail (set in the Edit Event screen) will recieve an email notification
