Guest Side (request samples)
- Once on a Samples-enabled showroom is available, guests can add Samples to their request list, like they would add images to their download list.
- Then after consulting and consolidating their list, they can start to "request all Samples", filling in request information like the desired dates and details about the event (optional)
- Then they must fill out information about themselves, and click on send and Voilà! Their Sample request goes out to your Samples system (in the right department) and they get a recap of their request.
The PR email assigned to the Gallery will receive an email with the users details, along with the images for you to easily manage your requested Samples.
