Initial Implementation Meeting (30/45 minutes)
This meeting will serve as an introduction in which we will review how to enter your current information into the system. In this meeting we will cover the following:
How to fill out the Contacts Excel template (to enter your contacts database into the system).
How to fill out the Samples Excel template (to enter your sample data into the system).
The New Client Implementation Form (to help us build your site).
Basic Samples Training (1-2 hours)
This meeting will take place after you have completed your Excel templates and will cover the basic functionalities of the system, including:
Contact database management (how to add to, edit, search, and manage your Contacts database)
Using our mail merge to send personalized emails through the system
Sample database management
Send outs
Returns
Importing large lists of contacts and samples
Basic reporting on sample and delivery history and inventory status
**Requirements
Please come prepared with:
Both Excel templates pre-approved by your Client Relations Account Manager
1 delivery to be sent out on the day of the training
Advanced Samples Training (1-1 1/2 hours)
This meeting will take place after you feel comfortable with the basic functionalities and will cover the more advanced features of the system, including:
Planning for future send outs using our Request and Reservation tools
Creating and sending Look books through the system
Entering press hits into the system and creating press books
Managing and fulfilling credit requests
Reports on invoices, requests, credits, and press hits
**Requirements:
Please come prepared with:
1 delivery request to be sent out at a later date
1 press clipping of a sample currently in your showroom
